SwarmAI is a multi-tenant platform. We collect the account you create (via Clerk), connected accounts you choose to attach (Slack, Gmail, webhooks), files you upload to knowledge, and logs of agent runs so the product can work. The same data-handling rules apply to every company on the platform.

Tokens for connected accounts are stored encrypted. We do not sell your data. Agent output that would leave the platform (email, Slack, public posts) waits for your approval.

This is not a SOC 2 or HIPAA attestation. If you send health or personal data through a form or inbox, treat it as you would any production SaaS and talk to us before using it as a system of record.
